EnsemblesMany of the groups got off to a slow start, because we haven't had time to work on ensembles during lessons. However, we have now started to focus on them. I would like to schedule some rehearsals on Monday, December 21. If you are part on an ensemble, please let me know your schedule for that day and whether or not you would be available for an ensemble rehearsal. I am now registering students for the ensemble festival.
Theory Study for 2010After the Ensemble Festival is over, I will start to focus on written theory. Each student may choose either to take a theory test through the Junior Festival and be in a theory class that will meet about every three weeks on Monday evenings or to work independently in a theory book and not be part of a class. Please let me know your preference. Tell me at your lesson or email me before Christmas vacation.
